A detailed evaluation is performed on all media to determine the recovery level needed to recover the data.
This typically takes one business day to complete and in some cases may take up to 48 hrs.
If you are in need of a same day evaluation you can request the Rush Evaluation Option - fees apply.
Recovery - Single Mac or PC formatted hard drives
Level One Recovery: 2-3 days (Logical)
Level Two Recovery: 2-5 days (Non-invasive)
Level Three Recovery: 6-10 days (Invasive)
RAID Service - Raid Levels 0,1,5,10
Evaluation 1-2 Days

Typically if you add rush recovery to your service order recovery times are increased by 50%
